Our little olive seed grew into something pretty good. And we found all the leaves and olives tended to be on the outside rather than all the way through. So... why not prune it so we can pick olives from the inside? Its actually easier to get at a lot of the fruit this way. Seriously, tell me, if you have an olive tree, do you find all the greenery on the outside? Do olive trees normally lend to this kind of pruning? All we need now is a couple of chairs so we can enjoy the shade! Just finished the latest harvest and a little more pruning.
